Quick Roast Beef Sandwich Au Jus

So I love the crockpot recipe I got from a friend (yes yours Amber) for the French Dip Sandwiches, but this recipe is just as good and it's quick (well maybe not just as good, but it's still pretty dang good!).

Serves 1

1 1/2 oz French bread
1 tsp soft butter
3 oz deli roast beef
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp beef broth powder (I used a 1/2 bouillon cube crushed).

Lightly toast the French Bread slices and spread each thinly with 1/2 tsp butter. Coat a skillet with nonstick spray. Lay in the roast beef slices and warm it slightly. Remove from skillet and place on bread. Place onions in skillet. Add more nonstick spray if necessary. Saute until tender. Place them on top of roast beef. Pour the water into skillet and add the beef broth powder. Bring to a boil. Scrape bottom of pan to get up all the flavor. Pour sauce into small cup and ENJOY!

Thank you Hillbilly Housewife for the recipe!
