So here is a menu plan for 2 months that has the calorie values of no less than 1000 calories a day to no more than 1300 calories a day. Plus it's cheap and most of the recipes are easy. Included in the menu is a grocery list for each week. For most of the groceries you can buy in bulk and shop for the whole month. Then just have short weekly grocery lists of perishable items and uncommon items you can't find a Costco or Sam's club. Take a look!
